文章认为，抓住机遇，加快战略性结构调整，是地勘经济纳入社会经济发展大循环的必然选择。作者联系西藏厅产业经济的实际情况，对战略性结构的指导思想、基本思路、调整目标、框架进行了较为详细地阐述。
Abstract: The article considers it is inevitable choice for bringing geological prospecting economy into big cycle of social economic development to grasp the opportunity and speed up strategic structure adjustment. Linking with practical situation of mining industry economy in Xi Zhang autonomous region department of geology and mineral resources, author give a detailed expound on guiding ideology. foundamental thinking, adjustment of target and frame of strategy structure, and puts forward relevant policy suggestions.
