摘要
目前挤塑式聚苯乙烯保温板(简称XPS)应用于外墙外保温中较为普遍,但由于XPS板的收缩大、易翘曲、表皮非常光滑致密、与砂浆的黏结性差以及容易变形脱落从而引发安全问题,因而,提高砂浆与XPS板之间黏结强度非常关键。对影响砂浆与XPS板黏结强度的影响因素进行了探索研究,结果表明,聚合物的掺量、不同XPS板、不同类型界面剂对砂浆与XPS板的黏结强度都有较大影响。在实际应用中,合适的聚合物掺量、XPS板、界面剂才能使砂浆与XPS板的黏结效果达到最佳,确保整个体系的安全性。
At present, rigid extruded polystyrene foam board for thermol insulation (XPS) is widely used in external thermal insulation composite systelms. But XPS board has its own weaknesses, such as high shrinkage, easy warping, inferior adhesive property caused by smooth surface, and peeling off induced by deformation. Because of these disadvantages, it becomes very important to improve the adhesive strength between mortar and XPS board. The factors of influence on adhesive strength between mortar and XPS board were studied. The result shows that several factors have great influence on adhesive strength, and these factors include dosage of polymer, properties of XPS board, different interface treatment agent and so on. In practical application, the safety of overall system can be guaranteed when optimum adhesive strength is achieved by combination of proper polymer dosage, appropriate XPS and suitable inteorace treatment agent.
