摘要
体能训练是健美运动技术训练和战术训练的基础,是健美运动训练的重要组成部分.文章从女性的生理、心理特点出发,探讨了女子健美运动员体能发展方法以及不同阶段体能与其它训练因素的合理安排,为女子健美运动员的训练提供一定的参考.
The physical ability training is the boby building technical training and the tactical training foundation. In accordance with the female's physical & psychological characteristics, this article discusses how to develop the female athletics physical ability and how to arrange the other raining factors associated with the physical ability quality at different stages rationally & scientifically in order to provide the certain reference for the female aerobics athlete's training.
