摘要
中国体育应当借助2008北京奥运会之后,大众对体育认知程度普遍提高的后效应,主动以大众体育为重心做战略转移。在大众体育健身环境的改善、大众健康水平的提高等方面投入越来越大的精力与财力。通过技术突破,使普通大众在日常生活中获得个性化预防保健运动处方的指导,使大众普遍接受专业化的健身管理。
The focus of mass sports should undergo a strategic shift after the 2008 Olympics when the public are more aware of the effect of sports. More energy and funds should be devoted to improving the body-building environment and public health so that the public can have access to specialized fitness and health management through technological breakthroughs and preventive body-building therapies directed towards individuals in everyday life.
