摘要 目的:观察重组睫状神经营养因子(rCNTF)对大鼠胶质瘤C6细胞系体外生长和癌基因cmycmRNA表达的影响。方法:用细胞培养和Northern杂交技术检测cmycmRNA的表达。结果:200ng/mlrCNTF可抑制C6细胞的增殖,细胞形态发生明显改变,cmycmRNA的表达降低。结论:rCNTF对C6细胞的生长抑制作用可能与其参与癌基因的调节有关。 ?Purpose: To observe the effects of recombinant ciliary neurotrophic factor (rCNTF) on the growth and the cmyc mRNA expression of rat glioma C6 cell line. Methods: Cell culture and Northern blot techniques were used in glioma C6 cells to detect the morphological changes and the expression of cmyc mRNA Results: rCNTF 200ng/ml could inhibit the proliferation of C6 cell line, with distinctive morphological changes in the cells, and decrease the expression of cmyc mRNA. Conclusions: The effects of rCNTF on the growth of rat glioma C6 cells might involve an unknown regulative mechanism for the expression of oncogenes, and it may play a potential role as a cellular regulator in the treatment of glioma.
