应用湿润烧伤膏治疗烧伤2340例疗效分析

Analysis on therapeutic effect of MEBO in the treatment of 2340 burn patients

目的观察湿润烧伤膏（MEBO）对不同面积和深度烧伤的治疗结果。方法应用湿润烧伤膏治疗2340例烧伤患者，同时根据病情给予抗休克、抗感染、强心、保护重要脏器等全身综合性治疗。结果全部治愈，深Ⅱ度创面基本无疤痕形成，浅Ⅲ度创面可自愈。结论湿润烧伤膏治疗烧伤对各种烧伤面积和深度烧伤均有很好的治疗效果。

Objective To observe the treatment effect of MEBO in the burn patients having different bum area and depth. Methods Besides the comprehensive treatments including anti-shock, anti-infection, cardiac stimulus and protection of inportant organs, the 2340 burn patients were treated with MEBO. Results All patients were healed, especially, there was no scar left on the wound Ⅱ and self-healing on the wound Ⅲ. Conclusion The effect of MEBO which treats the burn of different area and depth is obvious.
