RF内固定加椎间植骨融合治疗腰椎滑脱16例

摘要 目的探讨腰椎滑脱手术治疗疗效。方法对16例腰椎滑脱进行髓核摘除,椎间植骨融合加RF内固定。结果术后平均随访24个月,优10例,良5例,可1例。结论腰椎滑脱较为常见,纠正滑脱同时处理腰椎间盘突出和椎间植骨,可取得满意疗效。 Objective To observe the effect of surgery for spondylolisthesis. Methods Sixteen cases of lumbar spondylolisthesis were treated by nucleus pulposus discectomy, interbody fusion plus RF. Results After follow up for a mean of 24 months, 10 cases were excellent, 5 cases were good and 1 cases were general. Conclusion Spondylolithesis is a more common desease and may be obtained satisfactory effect by correcting spondylolithesis, discectomy and interbody fusion.
