三金片联合抗生素治疗慢性前列腺炎临床观察

The clinical observation on Sanjin tablets combined with antibiotics in the treatment of chronic prostatitis

目的观察三金片联合抗生素治疗慢性前列腺炎临床疗效。方法门诊慢性前列腺炎患者随机分为三组：抗生素治疗组（50例），给予左氧氟沙星片与罗红霉素片口服；三金片治疗组（50例），给予三金片口服；三金片联合抗生素治疗组（50例），三金片与左氧氟沙星、罗红霉素同时口服治疗。各组连续治疗30d观察疗效。结果抗生素治疗组愈显率26％，总有效率66％；三金片治疗组愈显率38％，总有效率78％，总有效率与抗生素治疗组比较差异有统计学意义（P〈0．01）；三金片联合抗生素治疗组愈显率50％，总有效率92％，总有效率与抗生素治疗组、三金片组比较差异有统计学意义（P〈0．01）。结论三金片联合抗生素治疗慢性前列腺炎具有良好的治疗效果。

Objective To study the effect of Sanjin tablets combined with antibiotics in the treatment of chronic prostatitis. Methods One hundred and fifty outpatients with chronic prostatitis were divided into three groups randomly. Each group included 50 cases. First group was treated with antibiotics levofloxacin and roxithromycin tablets. Second group was treated with Sanjin tablets only. Third group was treated with Sanjin tablets combined with antibiotics levofloxacin and roxithromycin tablets. 30 days later the clinical effect were evaluated. Results The total effective rate and recovery and excellence rate in antibiotics treated group were 26 % and 66 %, respectively. In the Sanjin tablets treated group, the total effective rate and recovery and excellence rate were 38 % and 78 %, respectively. There was significant difference between the two groups in the total effective rate （ P 〈0.01）. In the Sanjin tablets combined with antibiotics treated group, the total effective rate and recovery and excellence rate were 50 % and 92 %, respectively. Compared with antibiotics treated group and Sanjin tablets treated group, the Sanjin tablets combined antibiotics treated group had higher total effective rate （ P 〈 0.01）. Conclusion The effect of Sanjin tablets combined with antibiotics in the treatment of chronic prostatitis is significant.
