针对通信系统的特点和工作模式,研究新型通信方案管理软件的配置技术,使通信系统通信方案的管理能够实现系统化、自动化、智能化,探讨方案管理软件模型的通用性,并通过已开发的某软件工程结果验证该模型。

In accordance with the characteristics and working mode of the communications system, this article suggests a new management model for communication proposals, aiming to make the management systematic, automatic and intellectual. The universality of the model is discussed in the later part. There is a example using in some system. It reveals the elements,when this software model is used in a design of computer information systeam software.
