加用“救急咯血安汤”治疗肺结核咯血28例疗效观察

Observation on therapeutic efficacy of additional use of “jiu ji ka xue an” decoction on 28 cases of hemoptysis induced by pulmonary tuberculosis

目的：观察中西医结合方法治疗肺结核咯血的疗效。方法：将５８例肺结核中、重度咯血患者分为２组。治疗组２８例在西药治疗的基础上加用自拟“救急咯血安汤”药治疗；对照组３０例仅用西药治疗。结果：治疗组总有效率为９６．４％，对照组总有效率为７６．７％，２组比较有显著性差异（Ｐ＜０．０５）；治疗组平均止血时间为７５．４小时，对照组平均止血时间为１０８．６小时，２组比较有非常显著性差异（χ２＝２６．２３，Ｐ＜０．００１）。结论：中西医结合治疗肺结核中、重度咯血疗效显著，优于西医常规治疗，值得推广使用。

Objective:To observe the therapeutic efficacy of integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine (ITCWM) treating hemoptysis induced by pulmonary tuberculosis .Methods:Fiftyeight cases of moderate or severe hemoptysis induced by lung tuberculosis were divided into treatment group and control group.The treatment group (n=28) was treated with “jiu ji ka xue an” decoction on the basis of western drug, and control group (n=30) was treated with western drug alone.Results:The total effective rates were 964% and 767% in treatment group and control group respectively (P<005).Moreover,the mean time of hemostasis was 754 hours in treatment group and 1086 hours in control group,it was obvious difference between 2 groups (χ2=2623,P<0001).Conclusions:There was obvious therapeutic efficacy of ITCWM treating moderate or severe hemoptysis induced by pulmonary tuberculosis,it was superior to treat by conventional western medicine,so it is valuable to recommend and spread.
