摘要
通过测定二甲苯致小鼠耳的肿胀、醋酸致小鼠毛细血管通透性的增加、微晶型尿酸钠(MSU)致鼠足的肿胀及足炎症渗出液中前列腺素E2(PGE2)含量的降低等方法,对金刚藤醇提取物的抗痛风作用进行了研究。实验结果表明,金刚藤醇提物对二甲苯诱导的耳廓肿胀、醋酸所致的腹腔毛细血管通透性增高、MSU所致的足跖肿胀、MSU所致的肿胀足渗出液中PGE2生成均有显著的抑制作用,提示金刚藤醇提物有明显的抗急性痛风性关节炎的作用。
The Anti-gout effect of ethanol extract of Rhizoma Smilasic Chinae was studied by b xylene caused mice ear edema model and increase of permeability of mice capillary caused by ethanoic acid, torsion body method by ethanoic acid, observing its effect on mice foot swelling model by MSU, and contents of prostaglandin(PG) E2 in inflammatory effusion. Results indicated that the ethanol extract of Rhizoma Smilasic Chinae had marked inhibiting effect on the degree of swelling of mice ear and the permeability of the capillary, and it can also had marked inhibiting effect on the mice food swelling by MSU and the PGE2 in inflammation. The ethanol extract of Rhizoma Smilasic Chinae has remarkable inhibiting effect on acute gouty arthritis.
