摘要
目的：观察并研究黄芪注射液对各类型心脏疾病引起的心功能不全的治疗作用。方法：根据临床检查和心功能分级法，将患者随机分为２组。黄芪组：结合中医辨证，气虚者用黄芪注射液２０ｇ加入１０％葡萄糖５００ｍｌ中静滴；气虚兼血瘀者用黄芪注射液２０ｇ加复方丹参注射液１０～１６ｍｌ静滴；均每日１次，连续治疗２～３周。对照组：用强心、利尿、扩血管等常规西药治疗。结果：黄芪组心功能改善明显优于对照组（Ｐ＜０．０１）。黄芪组治疗后收缩压下降了８．８％，舒张压下降了１０．０％，而对照组治疗后收缩压下降了０．６％，舒张压下降了６．９％。结论：黄芪注射液对心功能不全有良好的治疗作用，且较强心、利尿、扩血管的西药毒副作用少，是心血管疾病治疗用药中很有前景的药物。
Objective:To observe and investigate the therapeutic effect of astragalus injection on cardiac insufficiency induced by several heart diseases.Methods:According to clinical examination and graded by heart function,patients were divided randomly into astragalus group and control group.The astragalus group was treated with astragalus injection 20 g add to 10% glucose 500 ml intravenous drip once per day for “qi xu” type(气虚型) .In addition,astragalus injection 20 g add to composite salvia miltiorrhiza injection 10￣16 ml intravenous drip once per day for “qi xu” complicated with blood stasis type,2 to 3 weeks as a treatment course.The control group was treated with conventional western medicine,including cardiac stimulant,diuretic drug and vasodilator.Results:The improvement of heart function in astragalus group was superior to control group significantly (P<001).After treatment,systolic pressure was decreased 88% and 06% in astragalus group and control group respectively;diastolic pressure was decreased 100% and 69% in astragalus and control group respectively.Conclusions:Astragalus is possessed of better therapeutic efficacy in treatment of cardiac insufficiency,moreover,the sideeffect is slighter than conventional western medicine,so it is a drug which has a better future for treating cardiavascular diseases.
