摘要
关键路径方法应用在工程计划管理Gantt图和pert图中,用以分析工期。资源管理中的资源平衡问题作为工程管理中的一个分支,有广泛的应用背景。本文利用CPM,在确定非关键路径工序浮时后,利用贪心策略,通过推迟工序开始时间达到资源平衡优化目的。在文章的结尾处我们给出验证性实验加以证明。
CPM is widely used in Gantt and Pert charts of project management. As a branch of resources allocation, the solution of resources balance is diffusely talked about. In this article, we firstly exploit CPM to gain the working procedures on non-critical path and then, use their float times to postpone their earliest-start-time by Greedy strategy, at last we reach the target of resources balance. We also give experiments to validate the correctness of our arithmetic.
