摘要
激光焊接过程是典型的具有噪声和扰动影响的非线性系统。利用Hammerstein模型的线性和非线性分离的特性可以建立起关于激光焊接过程的非线性模型,并以此为基础得到非线性系统参数的无偏估计,经阶跃响应验证,该模型有效地模拟了激光焊接过程。
The diode laser welding process is a typical nonlinear system with disturbances and noises. To obtain unbiased estimates for unknown parameters, an identification method based on Hammerstein model ia preferred. In this paper, a nonlinear identification method based on Hammerstein model is used to establish a nonlinear model, which is linear in parameters for the diode laser weld-ing process addressed. The model has been validated by the comparison of the computed step response with the actual step response.
