摘要
本文根据LED芯片图像的特点,提出了基于图像投影的改进模板匹配方法,将二维模板匹配分解成水平和垂直两个方向的一维匹配。该方法大幅度提高了定位效率,满足了芯片检测和分拣设备的快速定位要求。
According to the characters of LED chip image, fast LED chip position method base on template projection matching was introduced in this paper. This technique divides 2D template matching into two 1D matching： horizontal matching and vertical matching. This technique can greatly improve chip position efficiency and meet the need of chip detecting and sorting equipment.
