介绍了服务品牌的概念,以解放军医学图书馆在汶川地震和手足口病发生中的作为为例,探讨了图书馆在突发事件中如何创新服务品牌的问题。
This paper introduces the concept of the service brand, and taking the actions of the Medical Library of Chinese PLA in Wenchuan earthquake and hand-foot-and-muoth disease occurrence as the examples, probes into the problem of how the library to innovate the service ebrand in the emergency.
