摘要
提出了干熄焦系统在节能减排方面的评价方法,统计分析了干熄焦系统运行以来的故障情况及原因。通过测定干熄焦运行指标,对干熄焦装置物流、能流以及对焦炭质量影响进行了系统标定,结果表明,攀钢干熄焦装置干熄率高,节能减排效果明显,干熄炉热效率达84%以上。
The assessment method in the aspects of energy-saving and discharge reduction of CDQ system was put forward, The failure case and reason since running of CDQ system was analyzed by statistics. By measuring running index of CDQ system, the systematic evaluation was conducted for material flow, energy flow and influence on coke quality of CDQ system, the result showed that dry quenching rate of CDQ system at Panzhihua Iron & Steel Company is higher, the effect of energy-saving and discharge reduction is remarkable, the heat efficiency of CDQ chamber is up to 84% or more.
