视明口服液的药效学实验研究

Pharmacodynamics Study on Shiming Liquid

目的:研究视明口服液治疗眼底出血的药效学。方法:采用小鼠断尾法考察止血作用,观察对醋酸所致小鼠腹腔毛细血管通透性的影响和对大鼠血液流变性的影响。结果:实验结果显示视明口服液止血作用明显,能抑制毛细血管通透性的升高,降低血液黏度。结论:视明口服液具有显著的止血和活血化瘀作用。

The purpose of this study was to research Shiming liquid＇s pharmacodynamics effect on subhyaloid hem- orrhage. Methods： Mice bleeding time and clotting time were measured with cutting the tail. The liquid＇s effect on abdominal capil- lary permeability induced by acetic acid of mouse and hemorheology of rats were also observed. Results ： The experimental results showed that Shiming liquid has obvious effects on reducing bleeding time and clotting time, suppressing abdominal capillary perme- ability and improving hemorheology. Conclusion： Shiming liquid has obvious hemostasis effect and the effect of promoting blood flow to remove blood stasis.
