摘要
当代公共管理的一个显著特征就是公共管理向服务型政府和服务型管理的方向复归。服务型政府和服务型管理的关键在于如何协调好公共物品的提供者与公共物品的需求者之间的关系,使二者良性互动。公共管理活动中的公共关系管理在电子政务模式下,机遇与挑战并存。
One of the notable features of the contemporary public management is that public administration tends to service-oriented government and management, the key of which is how to coordinate the relationship between providers and consumers of public products and thus form a benign interaction between them. Under the mode of electronic government affairs, the management of public relations is facing with both chances and challenges.
