高效液相色谱法分析测定丝裂霉素微胶囊

Determination of mitomycin microcapsule by HPLC method

建立了高效液相色谱法分析测定丝裂霉素微胶囊含量的方法。采用ｔｓｐ－ＫＥＹＳＴＯＮＥＯＤＳ２Ｃ１８柱（５μｍ，１５０ｍｍ×４．６ｍｍ），流动相为醋酸钠缓冲液－甲醇（６５３５），室温操作，检测波长３５７ｎｍ。在浓度８．０～４８．０μｇ／ｍｌ范围内线性关系良好，ｒ＝０．９９９５（ｎ＝６），平均回收率为１００．６％，ＲＳＤ为０．８７％。方法简便，准确。丝裂霉素微胶囊的成囊材料不干扰丝裂霉素主成分的测定。

This paper reports the determination of mitomycin microcapsule by HPLC. Chromatography conditions: column tspKEYSTONE ODS2 C18 (5μm, 150mm×4.6mm); mobile phase: sodium acetate buffer-acetonitrile (65∶35), at ambient temperature, UV detection at 357 nm. The linearity ranges were: 8.0￣48.0μg/ml, r=0.9995. The average recovery was 100.6%, the RDS was 0.87%. This is a simple, convenient and accurate method.
