摘要
高效毛细管电泳分离定量测定环孢菌素的结果与高效液相色谱结果相一致。本文对影响分离的主要因素:SDS、缓冲液浓度、有机溶剂及pH进行了选择和优化,环孢菌素A、B、C、D、G5个组分得以基线分离。为环孢菌素A的分离定量分析提供了一种新方法。
Cyclosporin A was analysed by high performance capillary electrophoresis (HPCE). The experiment show that the result of HPCE is identical to that of HPLC. By optimizing the major factors SDS, buffer concentration, organic solvent and pH, a new method was established. The method can be used to separate cyclosporin A, B, C, D and G.
