国产氟罗沙星葡萄糖注射液的临床评价

Clinical evaluation of domestic fleroxacin glucose injecition

国产氟罗沙星静滴治疗１０２名呼吸道、泌尿道、消化道和皮肤软组织感染患者，总的临床有效率为９５．１０％（９７／１０２），细菌清除率为９４．６８％（８９／９４）。不良反应轻微，不影响继续治疗，不良反应发生率为８．８２％。同时以氧氟沙星为对照药，在呼吸道和泌尿道感染中进行了随机对照实验，氟罗沙星组６２例，氧氟沙星组６０例，两组的临床和细菌学疗效及不良反应发生率相似。并对１２５株临床分离菌测定了氟罗沙星和氧氟沙星的ＭＩＣ，结果显示氟罗沙星对肠杆菌科细菌和葡萄球菌属具有高度的抗菌活性，对假单胞菌也有良好的活性。

Fleroxacin was injected intravenously in 102 patients with respiratory, urinary, gastrointestinal, biliary tracts, skin and soft tissue infections. The total clinical efficiency rate was 95.10% (97/102) and bacteria eradication rate was 94.68% (89/94). The adverse effects were mild and those need not any treatment or blocking therapy. A randomized comparative evaluation was carried out simultaneously. 62 cases of respiratory and urinary tract infections treated with fleroxacin were compared with 60 cases treated with ofloxacin. The clinical and bacteria effective rate and adverse effect between fleroxacin and ofloxacin were similar (P>0.05). 125 strains of bacteria collected from clinical isolates were determined by MIC. Results revealed that fleroxacin possessed higher activity against Enterobacteriaceae and Staphylococus, and also show good activity against Pseudomonos.
