摘要 阐述了基于转鼓法的室内轮胎噪声试验与控制系统的设计,包括试验系统的基本组成、消声室的设计和控制系统的研究与设计。基于S7-200 PLC的系统可以完成不同的轮胎花纹、轮胎载荷、汽车车速、模拟路面、轮胎气压等条件下轮胎噪声测试的任务,为低噪声轮胎的设计与开发提供了重要的实测手段和评判依据。 In this paper design of test and control system of laboratory drum platform for Tire noise is described. The system includes the structure of test platform, design of anechoic chamber and research and design of control system. Based on S7-200 PLC the system can accomplish measurement of tire noise under different conditions such as tire treads, tire load, vehicle speed, road simulating and tire pressure. According to the test, the means of measurement and evaluation for the low-noise tire design are provided.
