通过系统工艺描述给出燃烧器优化调整理论。对于PLC技术解决原油储运加温工艺自动化解决方案设计过程详细论述,基于北京安控公司PLC的硬件系统给出模块地址设计和控制程序源码设计。项目运行取得天然气节能效益1805760m^3/年。
This paper introduces the burner optimize adjustment theory through system process described. It discuss the automation solution of crude oil heating process based PLC technology, and give out the module Address design and control program source design based on echo PLC hardware system. The project has achieved the natural gas energy efficiency 1805760 m3 year.
