便携式多功能危险气体报警仪的设计与实现

摘要 本文介绍了一种基于Microchip dsPic30f6011A的多功能危险气体检测仪的设计方法,重点讲述了系统的硬件电路及程序结构设计。此系统用于煤矿井下、石油化工等工业现场,实时检测多种危险气体的浓度,超过安全限值及时进行报警,为工作人员提供安全保障。该系统具有便携状态与组网状态两种工作模式,既可用于作业人员随身携带,又便于组成基于CAN总线的危险气体固定监控网络,一机两用,标准统一,维护方便,具有市场前景与价值。 This article gives a method based on Microchip dsPic30f6011A of designing an instrument to detect dangerous gas, focusing on the circuit and the structure of the program of the system. This system could be used in mine, mineral oil and other indus- trial site, detecting the consistency of many kinds of dangerous gas in time and making an alarm when it exceed the safely limit to protect workers. This system has two working mode: It can be taken with the operators and can be connected to the CAN bus to make up the monitoring net, that means the portable mode and the net working mode, and it has unified standard and could be maintained conveniently and has great market future.
