摘要
本文以河北承德日处理污水12万吨某污水处理厂为例.分析了污水处理的工艺流程:设计了该厂的自动监控系统。本系统采用了西门子公司的S7-400PLC作为数据采集及控制单元,运用各种检测设备对DO、液位、流量、COD、PH值、SS以及进水和出水的总磷、氨氮等参数进行检测。上位机采用了WebAccess上位监控软件。该系统实现了污水处理全过程的实时监测和控制。
This paper based on a certain sewage treatment factory, which can dispose 120,000-ton sewage everyday. The treatment process of wastewater treatment integrated system is analyzed and the monitor and control system of this sewage treatment is designed. S7-400 of SIEMENS is used as the data collection and control unit with kinds of monitor and control equipment collecting data such as DO, water level, flux, COD, PH, SS, T-P, NH3-N and so on. Senior PC adopt WebAccess software. Thus this system can monitor and control the process of sewage treatment online.
