摘要
电动工具测试系统对控制的快速性和精度要求是常规的PID控制无法胜任,原因是固定的PID参数无法在不同状态下满足系统的快速性要求,因此要求PID参数能够在线自整定:本文选择基于变尺度8P神经网络来设计自适应PID控制器,利用西门子S7-200PLC中实现:并在提供给BOSCH的圆锯负载测试系统中得到应用。
Electromotive tool testing platform has the strict requests for the response time and precision, because fixed parameter of PID can't satisfy the demand of system speed on different situation. Therefore the parameters of PID need self-tuning on line. In this paper, it is chosen that based variable-scale BP-NN designed PID controller, by Siemens ST-200PLC. The controller has been used on BOSCH fretsaw test platform. The result proves the validity of the algorithm.
