摘要 论述了SPWM控制原理及目前广泛应用的几种采样方法,对比分析了这几种采样方法的优缺点。提出了基于比例计算进行采样的不对称优化规则采样法,使脉冲宽度较传统采样方法更接近于自然采样。基于不对称优化规则采样法,应用dsPIC30F3011控制三相ACIM进行试验验证。试验结果表明,采用此采样法控制电机,可靠性好,抗干扰能力强,电机运转更加平稳,有较大的应用价值。 This paper discusses the control principle of SPWM and some sampling methods widely used at present, and makes a comparative analysis on these sampling methods. A more accurate sampling method based on optimized asymmetrical rules is proposed, using pro-rata calculation and with the pulse width closer to the natural sampling than traditional methods of sampling. Based on this method of sampling, dsPIC30F3011 is used to control the ACIM of three phases in the validation test. The experimental results show that the sampling method used to control motor operation enjoys good reliability and good anti-interference ability, and the motor is functioning more smoothly.
