摘要
采用免疫组织化学S一P法,对61例膀胱移行细胞癌中的肿瘤转移抑制基因nm23-H1、癌基因C-erbB2蛋白质表达情况进行观察,发现nm23-H1蛋白阳性率与肿瘤级别及肌层侵袭之间具有良好的负相关(P<0.05)。C-erbB2蛋白阳性率与肿瘤级别及肌层侵袭之间具有良好的正相关(P<0.05)。nm23-H1的阴性表达以及C-erbB2M性表达与预后不良有关。
Through the immunohistochemical procedure(S - P),expression of nm23 - H, C - erbB2, produces in 61 cases of human bladder transitional cell carcinoma(TCC) was studied. There was decreased expression of nm23-H1 protein as the cancer grade increased.Among three grades and-between superficial and invasive hladder TCC ,nm23-H expressed in distinct positive rate.No relation was found between the nm23 - H1, expression and lympb - node metastasis. 23 of 61 cases of bladder TCC were found to be immunohistologically positive with anti-C-erbB2, protein antibody.C-erbB2, gene products were more commonly detected in high - grade invasive tumors. 40 percent of superficial bladder TCC(TA-T1) showed nm23 - H1 proteins positive and C - erbB2 negative,while 47.6 percent of . invasive bladder(T2 - T4) TCC expressed C - erbB2 protein,meanwhile nm23 - H1 was negative.The significance and possible mechanisms of both nm23 - H1 protein and C - erbB2 protein change in human bladder TCC were discussed.
