矩阵式组织结构绩效考核流程设计——以浙江能源集团半山电厂设计部门为例 被引量:1

摘要 绩效考核流程的合理与否决定绩效考核的公正性。本文以半山电厂设计部门为例,按照项目和部门考核相结合的基本思路,设计了基于项目制的矩阵式组织结构条件下的绩效考核流程,并探讨了案例的启示意义。
