摘要
绩效是指某主体承担其责任或实现其目标的程度,以及在此过程中表现出的效率与效能水平;一套行之有效的评估方法应在有限人力和物力约束下,对主体进行尽可能客观的评价;广播电视台一方面承担社会宣传,引导正确舆论的职责,另方面又要实现经营创收目标;本文以江西省12家广播电视台为例,计算选取11个绩效指标,采用多元统计分析中的主成分法和聚类法,对广播电视台绩效评估方法做了初探.
Performance usually refers to how far one organization has undertaken its responsibilities or achieved its objectives and the levels of its effectiveness and efficiency it has performed. A set of practical methods of appraisal should measure the performance of the organization as unbiased as possible, constrained by the limited human and material resources. The broadcast and TV station overtakes the responsibility of propaganda as the news media in China; simultaneously it has to achieve its economic goals. In the study, taking the 12 broadcast and TV stations as examples, we use the methods of principal component analysis and clustering analysis to measure the performance of broadcast and TV stations.
