摘要
胆红素是一种生理性抗氧化剂,可抑制低密度脂蛋白的氧化及清除氧自由基,从而防止动脉粥样硬化发生,最终降低冠心病发生的危险性。现就胆红素的代谢、血清胆红素与冠心病发生发展的相关性、胆红素降低冠心病危险性的可能机制以及相关的分子生物学研究进展等内容进行综述。
As a physiological antioxidant, bilirubin can inhibit the oxidation of lower density lipoprotein and remove oxygen free radicals to prevent arteriosclerosis, ultimately reducing the incidence of coronary heart disease. The metabolism of bilirubin, the correlation be- tween serum bilirubin and the development of coronary heart disease, the possible mechanisms of bilirubin reducing risk of coronary heart disease and related molecular biology research progress are reviewed in this article.
