Atrial Esophageal Fistula's Causes and Preventions in Catheter Ablation of Atrial Fibrillation

导管消融已成为心房颤动的有效治疗手段,但其所致的心房食道瘘已有报道。热量损伤是心房食道瘘形成的主要原因。研究其形成的原因并为预防其发生提供理论基础,有利于临床工作。现就近年来对心房食道瘘方面的研究进展进行综述。

Catheter ablation has become an effective treatment of atrial fibrillation, but there have been reports of post procedure atrial esophageal fistula. Heat injury is the main reason of atrial esophageal fistula formation. The study of causation, and the creation of a theoretical basis for prevention of its occurrence is conducive to clinical work. In this article we have reviewed recent research in the progress of atrial esophogeal fistula.
