摘要 双源CT应用两个X射线源和两套探测器来采集数据。其特殊的设计使CT的时间分辨率下降至83 ms,极大提高了CT时间分辨率。由于同时具有较高的空间分辨力,双源CT扫描可在无心率控制的条件下获得高质量的心脏显像。并且双源CT能够从心脏的形态学以及功能学两方面获得心脏的信息,展示了其强大的成像能力。双源CT的不断应用及发展将可能完全改变目前我们对于心脏CT成像的认知概念。 The dual source computed tomography (DSCT) is equipped with two X-ray tubes and two corresponding detectors. DSCT scanners combine high spatial resolution with a considerably increased temporal resolution of 83 milliseconds to image the heart with reliably good image quality. Images with the DSCT show less blurring even without heart rate control. DSCT has proven its reliability in providing quality information for both function and morphology of the heart. The concept of heart image may be completely changed with the application of DSCT.
