城市居住空间分异是城市化过程中难以避免的现象,中西方城市居住空间分异的形成动因不同。通过对国内外城市居住空间分异的动因的分析、比较,归纳出其发展过程中呈现的不同动因。

Urban residential spatial differentiations are phenomena which is difficult to abstain in the process of urbanization.The resons of urban residential spatial differentiations in china differ from those in other countries.The reasons for residential spatial differentiations between foreign and chinese cities are analysed and compared.Finally,the different driving factors of urban residential spatial differentiations are discussed.
