摘要
在分析传统征地补偿政策的基础上,结合南京市的具体调查数据,指出传统思路的缺陷和主要问题,并提出了以土地保障功能为导向的征地补偿新思路。
Through the analysis to the traditional compensation policy of land acquisition and survey data of Nanjing City,this paper points out its limitation and problem.Then it brings forward new methods of compensation for land acquisition which are directed by land security function.
