2型糖尿病患者体感诱发电位与胰岛素、C肽分泌的相关研究

摘要
已有研究证实了体感诱发电位检查可以早期发现亚临床的糖尿病性中枢神经病变，为糖尿病高级功能损害提供了早期、敏感而可靠的检测手段。本研究通过观察70例糖尿病患者的N20及P40，并分析其变化与胰岛素、C肽水平的关系，旨在为防治糖尿病中枢神经病变提供理论依据。
