正常妊娠与自然流产模型小鼠蜕膜组织细胞因子信号转导抑制因子基因表达的差异 被引量:1

摘要 目的:检测细胞因子信号转导抑制因子SOCS1mRNA、SOCS2mRNA、SOCS3mRNA在正常妊娠模型与反复自然流产模型小鼠的不同表达。方法:建立反复自然流产小鼠模型CBA/J×DBA/2及正常妊娠小鼠模型CBA/J×BALB/c,取孕14 d的蜕膜组织,原位杂交方法检测SOCS1mRNA、SOCS2mRNA、SOCS3mRNA基因的表达。结果:SOCS1mRNA、SOCS2mRNA、SOCS3mRNA在自然流产小鼠模型及正常妊娠小鼠模型蜕膜组织均有表达,与正常妊娠组比较,在反复自然流产小鼠SOCS1mRNA表达升高(P<0.01),而SOCS3mRNA表达降低(P<0.01)。结论:SOCS1mRNA、SOCS3mRNA可能在妊娠的维持中发挥主要作用。
