摘要
目的:本研究主要观察肌瘤清胶囊对子宫肌瘤大鼠血清NOS活性及TNF-α、IL-2水平的影响,探讨肌瘤清胶囊治疗子宫肌瘤的可能机制。方法:采用雌激素、孕激素共同肌注的方法建立大鼠子宫肌瘤模型,灌胃给予肌瘤清胶囊11周,检测血清NOS活性和IL-2、TNF-α水平。结果:模型组大鼠血清NOS活性和TNF-α水平较正常组显著升高(P<0.01),IL-2水平显著降低(P<0.01);而肌瘤清胶囊能明显降低血清NOS活性和TNF-α水平(P<0.05或P<0.01),升高血清IL-2水平(P<0.05或P<0.01)。结论:肌瘤清胶囊能明显降低血清NOS活性和TNF-α水平,升高IL-2水平,提示肌瘤清胶囊抑制子宫肌瘤作用可能与调节内分泌、提高机体免疫功能有关。
Background & Objective: Recent studies indicated that nitric oxide synthase (NOS) pathway was involved in angiogenesis around tumor tissues and that tumor necrosis factor-α (TNF-α) and interleukin-2 (IL-2) were concerned with the oncogenesis and development of hysteromyoma. In the present study, the effect of Jiliuqing capsules on serum activity of NOS and concentrations of TNF-α and IL-2 in rats with hysteromyoma was investigated to elucidate the possible mechanisms implicated in the anti-tumor effect of Jiliuqing capsules. Methods: Hysteromyoma in rats was established by intramuscular injection of estrogen and progesterone. Following treatment with Jiliuqing capsules for 11 weeks, serum activity of NOS and concentrations of TNF-α and IL-2 were determined. Results: Compared with those in control group, serum activity of NOS and TNF-α concentration in model group were increased significantly, while serum content of IL-2 was decreased markedly. In contrast, treatment with Jiliuqing capsules resulted in an evident decrease in NOS activity and serum level of TNF-α, together with a markedly increased serum concentration of IL-2. Conclusion: Jiliuqing capsules can significantly decrease serum activity of NOS and TNF-α content and increase serum level of IL-2, suggesting that the anti-tumor effect of Jiliuqing capsules on hysteromyoma might be related, at least partly, to the adjustment of endocrine and enhancement of immune function.
