中俄崛起对两国关系的影响

2008年12月19日,"中国周边外交战略"学术讨论会在中国社会科学院亚洲太平洋研究所召开,亚太所所长张宇燕教授主持了会议。来自国内研究机构和高等院校的有关学者出席了会议,并就当前中国周边外交存在的问题、周边地区在中国未来总体外交战略中的定位、以及在新的国际环境下开展周边外交的策略等问题进行了深入的探讨和沟通。为了反映这次会议的思想成果,本刊特设此专题,与广大读者交流。(稿件根据发言录音整理,并经作者本人审定)

The workshop on 'China's Regional Diplomatic Roadmap' was held on 19 December 2008 in the Institute of Asia-Pacific Studies,Chinese Academy of Social Sciences.The event was chaired by director of the institute,Professor Zhang Yuyan.Scholars and academics from China's various research institutes and institutes of higher learning attended the event to exchange ideas about the viability of China's diplomacy in regional processes,its role in China's foreign policy,as well as China's regional policy options in the new international environment.In this issue of Contemporary Asia-Pacific Studies,this special section on the workshop proceedings serves as an acknowledgement to the invaluable contributions made during the workshop.(All articles are prepared based on voice recordings made during the workshop,with each piece individually verified by its respective contributor.)
