160例精神疾病患者的家庭暴力分析

Domestic violence in mental patients

本研究报告各种精神疾病１６０例所实施的家庭暴力行为，结果造成伤害７３人，死亡１３５人。其中精神分裂症占６３．８％，精神发育迟滞占１０．６％，反应性精神病占７．５％，癫痫占６．３％；伤害夫妻一方者占４８．８％，伤害亲属者占２３．１％，伤害父母及子女者分别占１５．６％及１２．５％。资料显示，精神病人实施家庭暴力主要系疾病症状所致。

Objective:To study the characteristics of domestic violence in mental patients. Method:This is a retrospective study reviewing all cases of domestic violence known to the Department of Forensic Psychiatry of Anding Hospital,Beijng,in the period between 1984 and 1993. Results:A total of 160 cases were collected .Diagnoses included schizophrenia (63.8%), mental retardation(10.6%),reactive psychoses(7.5%) and epileptic psychosis(6.3%).There were 135 deaths and 73 injury.Victims included spouses(48.8%),parents(15.6%) and children(12.5%) while other relatives made up 23.1%. Discussion: Domestic violence in mental patients is associated with poor mental state.
