替米沙坦与罗格列酮联合用药治疗2型糖尿病合并高血压的效果分析

The effect of telmisartan and rosiglitozane on metabolic parameters and blood pressure in type 2 diabetic hypertensive patients

目的:研究罗格列酮与替米沙坦联合用药对2型糖尿病合并高血压的患者血压以及代谢指标的控制效果。方法:选择48例2型糖尿病合并高血压的患者给予罗格列酮4mg+替米沙坦80mg口服,未接受其他降压药物治疗。结果:治疗6个月后,血压、胰岛素、血糖、HbA1c、HOMA、脂联素变化有统计学差异(P<0.05)。结论:罗格列酮与替米沙坦联合用药可明显改善2型糖尿病的代谢障碍,适合于代谢综合征的治疗。

Objective To study the effect of telmisartan and rosiglitozane on metabolic parameters and blood pressure in type 2 diabetic hypertensive patients. Method Forty - eight diabetic hypertensive patients received rosiglitozane （RSG） 4mg ＋ telmisartan （Telm） 80mg, and without any other antihypertensive drugs. Results After 6 months＇ treatment, the patients showed a significant reduction of mean blood pressure, and a positive influence insulin resistance. Conclusion In type 2 diabetic hypertensive patients, the association of rosiglitozane and telmisartan is suitable for the metabolic syndrome.
