二甲双胍对糖耐量减低患者血浆内皮功能及炎性反应因子的影响 被引量:1

The effects of metformin on endothelin,nitric oxide and C-reactive protein in patients with impaired glucose tolerance

摘要 目的观察糖耐量减低(IGT)患者应用二甲双胍治疗前后血浆内皮素(ET)、一氧化氮(NO)、C反应蛋白(CRP)水平的变化。方法服75g葡萄糖耐量试验筛查出IGT患者90例,对其进行为期15周的随机、双盲、安慰剂对照试验及二甲双胍干预治疗试验。试验前后观察血浆ET、NO、CRP变化情况。结果IGT患者应用二甲双胍治疗15周后,血浆ET、CRP显著下降,NO上升,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),而对照组3项指标均无显著改变。结论二甲双胍可改善IGT患者血浆ET、NO及CRP水平。 Objective To observe the changes of endothelin (ET),nitric oxide (NO) and C-reactive protein (CRP) before and after the metformin therapy in patients with impaired glucose tolerance (IGT). Methods A total of 90 IGT patients were randomly divided into 2 groups: metformin group (n= 63) and placebo group (n= 27);15 weeks later, the efficacy of metformin was compared by means of detecting serum endothelin, nitric oxide and C-reactive protein before and after treatment. The study was double-blind and random. Results The levels of ET,CRP decreased and NO increased significantly in metformin group (P〈0.05), but remained unchanged in placebo group (P 〉0.05). Conclusion Metformin can significantly improve ET,NO and CRP level in IGT patients,displaying additional effect of controlling inflammation and endothelisl disturbance.
