血标本采集质量对检验结果的影响

An influence of blood sample collection on test results and its countermeasures

目的探讨临床护士在采集血液标本过程中出现的常见问题对检验结果的影响,并提出防范措施。方法回顾性分析2006年10月至2007年8月住院患者部分不合格血常规、生化、凝血指标检查标本。结果在输液同侧采血、溶血标本、标本量多或少、标本放置不同时间等,对检验结果均有比较明显的影响。结论血液标本采集质量对检验结果有直接影响,标本采集是分析前质量控制的重要环节,是保证检验结果准确、可靠的先决条件。

Objective To investigate the influence of blood sample collection procedure on test results and its countermeasures. Methods Retrospective analysis was performed upon clinical data of part unacceptable specimens of complete blood count （CBC）, biochemical examination, and hemagglutination tests from October 2006 to August 2007. Results Some factors,such as sample haemolysis,specimen collection on the homonymy of the transfusion,too much or little of the sample quantity, different standing time of samples, had significant effects upon the test results. Conclusion The quality of sample collection has direct effect on the test results. Therefore, sample collection is an important link of pre-test quality control and the prerequisite of accurate,reliable test results.
