非PSA增高型前列腺癌一例

1病例报告
患者，男，66岁，汉族，退休，云南省人。因确诊为前列腺癌两个月，出现排尿困难伴肉眼血尿20天住入我院。患者于2008年5月因排尿费力、血尿收入某地区医院，于2008年5月16日行经尿道前列腺等离子电切术，术后病检为前列腺癌（Ⅲ级）。于2008年5月28日行双侧睾丸切除术，术后五天拔尿管后自觉小便通畅。
