白内障摘出术后无张力瞳孔临床分析

Clinical study on the atonic pupil after intraocularlens(IOL) implantation surgery

目的探讨白内障人工晶状体植入术后无张力瞳孔的发病原因。方法统计1278例(1389眼)白内障摘出人工晶状体植入术,术后4眼发生无张力瞳孔,分析其可能的影响因素。结果1278例(1389眼)白内障摘出人工晶状体植入术后出现无张力瞳孔4例(占0.28%),其中超声乳化421例(462眼)发生1眼(占0.24%),手法小切口857例(927眼)发生3眼(占0.32%)。结论无张力瞳孔发生与术中眼内损伤、眼内注射药物、人工晶状体毒性及患者全身疾病有关,以预防为主。

Objective To explore the possible reasons of atonic pupil after IOL implantation surgery in cataractous patients. Methods 1398 cases of cataractous patients were underwent IOL implantation surgery in our hospital, the clinical data of 4 cases occurring atonicpupiI were analyzed. Results Atonic pupil may concerned with intraocular injury during operation, intraocular injection, IOL toxicity and general disease. Conclusion The resuits showed intraocular injury during operation, intraocular injection, IOL toxicity and general disease play important role in the occurrence of atonic pupil, and the main measure to reduce it is precaution.
