小切口双针劈核法白内障囊外摘出术疗效观察

目的观察小切口双针劈核法白内障囊外摘出术的临床效果。方法对52例(56眼)老年性白内障利用一次性注射针头,双针呈180°劈开晶状体核,小切口囊外摘出,植入后房人工晶状体。结果术后1 d裸眼视力≥0.5者22眼(39.29%),术后1周裸眼视力≥0.5者41眼(73.21%)。术后角膜水肿9眼(16.07%),前房积血4眼(7.14%),房水浑浊5眼(8.93%),均经治疗后恢复。结论在小切口白内障囊外摘出术中,应用双针劈核法摘出晶状体核,安全、经济、并发症少。

Objective Observes the small margin cross-pointing to divide outside the nucleus method cataract pouch to excise the technique the clinical effect. Methods Uses the disposable injection needle, cross-pointing assumes 180° breaks out the crystalline lens nucleus, outside the small margin pouch excises, implants the rear apartments artificial crystal. Results After technique first day open hole vision ≥ 50.5 22 （ 39.3% ）, technique latter week open hole vision ≥ 0.5 41 （73.2%）. After the technique cornea dropsy 9（ 16.07% ）, hyphema 4 （7.14%）, aqueous humor muddy 5 （8.93%）, after pass through the treatment to restore. Conclusion Excises in the technique outside the small margin cataract pouch, the application cross-pointing divides the mucleus method cecision crystalline lens mucleus, the security,the economy, the complication are few, is suitable for the basic unit hospital widely to develop.
