甲凝浆液在汉白玉塑像修复上的应用

White Marble Statue Repaired by Grouting of Methacrylates

通过试制甲凝浆液,研究了影响浆液变化的因素,并测定了甲凝浆液对汉白玉试件的粘结强度和甲凝共聚物的力学性能,筛选出用于加固汉白玉塑像的甲凝浆液配方。实际观察的结果表明,用甲凝浆液灌浆后的汉白玉塑像,经过11年后,原来的裂缝没有继续延伸,可以达到加固的目的。

In this paper, the conditions of grouting of methacrylates were studied in detail. We determined the adhesive strength to white marble and mechanical properties of polymethacrylates. An appropriate formula was found for consolidating white marble statue. In fact, the gaps of repaired white marble did not extend over 11 years, thus the grouting of methacrylates is succeeded in consolidating white marble.
