摘要
对复合射孔过程中上部封挡的压裂火药燃烧特性及其影响因素进行了研究,按照封挡距离位置的不同,把上部封挡分为近作用层位封挡和远离作用层位封挡,根据各自的封挡特点建立了其最大承受压力的计算模型,最后通过1个计算实例对复合射孔过程中的上部封挡进行了进一步的分析。结果表明,近作用层位封挡,较适合压裂火药较少的情况,当压裂火药较多的情况下应采用远离作用层位封挡,并应注意采用合理的封挡位置,以保证井下作用层位设计压裂效果的顺利实现。
Studied is fracturing charge burning mechanism under the condition of top packer and influence factors of top packer in complex perforation. According to different distances of packer positions to function formations, we divide the top packer into near function formation packer and far function formation packer, based on which established is a mathematical model to calculate the force that acts on packer according to the packer characteristic respectively. Last, through an example computation and further analysis, the results show that the near function formation packer is comparatively suitable to less quantity of fracturing charge, when the quantity of fracturing charge is much more, we should use the far function formation packer, moreover, we should carefully consider the reasonable packer location so to ensure the fracturing effect consistent with the theoretical design.
