摘要
以氟化硼络合二吡咯甲川类(BODIPY)染料为荧光团,二(2-羟基乙基)亚胺为识别体合成了一种新的对Pb2+具有高选择性的Pb2+荧光探针。在HEPES缓冲溶液(pH7.4)中,当Pb2+浓度达到1.0×10-5mol/L时肉眼可观察到探针荧光强度明显增强;当Pb2+浓度达到3.0×10-4mol/L时,探针荧光强度增大20倍以上,且识别作用不受其它金属离子(Na+、Mg2+、Ca2+、Cu2+、Fe2+、Hg2+、Ag+、Cd2+、Cr3+、Fe3+)干扰。Pb2+浓度在0.2×10-5~5.0×10-5mol/L范围内,探针荧光强度与Pb2+浓度有较好的线性关系,相关系数为0.998,检出限为0.2μmol/L。
Taking BODIPY(4, 4-difluoro-4-bora-3a, 4a-diaza-s-indacene) dye as a fluorophore, dihydroxydiethylamine as a receptor, a novel fluorescent probe for Pb^2+ detection was synthesized with good selectivity. In HEPES(pH = 7.4) buffer, when the concentration of Pb^2+ reached 1.0 × 10^-5 mol/L, the fluorescent intensity of the probe was enhanced obviously even to be observed with naked eyes ; when the concentration reached 3.0 × 10^-4 mol/L, the fluorescent intensity enhanced over 20- fold. In addition, other metal ions (Na^2+, Mg^2+, Ca^2+, Cu^2+, Fe^2+, Hg^2+, Ag^+, Cd^2+, Cr^3+ , Fe^3+ ) didn't interfere with the probe's recognition for Pb^2+ When the concentration of Pb2+ was in the range of 0.2 × 10^-5 -5.0 × 10^-5 mol/L, there was a good linearity between the fluorescence intensity of the probe and the concentration of Pb^2+ with a correlation coefficient of 0. 998, and the detection limit was 0. 2 μmol/L.
